No Party Pass... yet

Last year, seemingly in response to the popularity of Universal Orlando Resort's Frequent Fear pass for Halloween Horror Nights (which offers entry to multiple event nights), Walt Disney World announced a special "party pass" for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party that gave passholders access to most party nights, excluding October 31 for $299 plus tax. However, it looks like as of right now this pass is not available for dates in 2020. Of course this could change in the future, as last year's Party Pass was not announced until August, but it looks like for early birds, the only way to secure your spot for this event is to purchase individual tickets.

Entertainment is also remaining the same

According to the official Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party event page, it looks like there won't be any major changes to the entertainment lineup this year, with this year's party once again featuring “Disney’s Not So Spooky Spectacular” fireworks show (which debuted last year), as well as returning favorites like “Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade,” and the “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular” stage show.

Of course, we'll probably hear more about new floats for the parade or refreshed character meet and greets as we get closer to the event, but for now at least, it looks like things will more or less be the same as last year.
