A return date has now been confirmed for The Magic Happens Parade at Disneyland Park. It will begin entertaining guests from February 24, 2023. Initially, at the beginning of September at the D23 Expo in Anaheim, it was proposed that the parade would return in Spring so a February start will certainly come as good news for Disney fans.
The Magic Happens Parade is described by Disney as "celebrating the awe-inspiring moments of magic that are at the heart of so many Disney stories. This parade reminds us we don’t need wings to fly, shooting stars were made to wish upon, and magic doesn’t stop at midnight."

This parade originally debuted at Disneyland Park on February 27, 2020 just a few days before the theme park shut down due to COVID-19 and was created to celebrate Disneyland's 65 years. A video is posted below of this parade.
The Disney100 Celebration at Disneyland Resort officially begins on January 27, 2023 and brings with it Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway as well the two new nighttime spectaculars, World of Color - One at Disney California Adventure and Wondrous Journeys Spectacular at Disneyland Park.

Disneyland's Sleeping Beauty Castle will be donned in a special Disney100 overlay for the celebrations and Mickey's Toontown reopens on March 8.

There is certainly going to be a whole host of reasons to visit the Disneyland resort in 2023 during the Disney100 celebrations. What are you most looking forward to seeing? Let us know your thoughts by leaving us a comment below or on our Facebook page.
