The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve had its grand opening on November 12. The hotel is located in the middle of the Walt Disney World Resort, within walking distance of EPCOT and and Disney's Hollywood Studios and enjoys complimentary transportation to Magic Kingdom and Disney's Animal Kingdom as well as other locations throughout the Resort.

It is adjacent to the Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin Resorts and guests of The Walt Disney World Swan Resort can access all the amenities both The Swan and Dolphin resorts have to offer including 18 restaurants and lounges, six pools and a private beach.

The 14-story Walt Disney World Swan Reserve consists of 200 luxury guests rooms and 149 suites with 4 restaurants, a scenic pool, Fitness Center, Business Center as well as meeting rooms and an exclusive rooftop which can be hired for events.
