Disney has announced new details about its early entry program which was announced several months ago as the replacement for the now-cancelled Extra Magic Hours program. Walt Disney World Early Entry will officially kick off October 1, 2021, and give resort guests the first chance to enjoy select attractions at every theme park, every day, 30 minutes before park opening each day.
In addition to the Early Entry program, it has been announced that guests staying at a Disney Deluxe or Deluxe Villa Resort hotel will also be able to enjoy extended evening hours on select nights in select theme parks. Extended evening hours will begin in early October with specific dates and parks to be shared at a later time.
As the Disney Parks Pass reservation system will still be in use this fall, guests will need a valid ticket or pass as well as a theme park reservation for the same park on the same day to experience Early Theme Park Entry and (if applicable) the extended evening hours as well (if they do not have a ticket with a park hopper option).
Though we still have a lot to learn about this new program before it launches this fall, the early entry at all the theme parks for resort guests seems like a great option. However, the extended hours only for deluxe guests may be a little less popular among those who frequent moderate or value resorts. What do you think of this new program?

I could be wrong; but I think the demographics of the deluxe resorts seem to skew more white. So the whole “inclusive key” driving everything seems to be lip service since they are taking it away from all guest and returning it to just some. An action that is going to disproportionately impact POC.
I'm not made of money and cannot afford a deluxe resort...and we aren't morning people due to chronic illness.
This was one of the few perks we relied on.
Guess we're done staying on property.
