Earlier this week it was confirmed that the Grand Floridian Society Orchestra was being let go after 32 years of performing at Walt Disney World, and now as part of the massive layoffs announced today we know several other entertainment offerings are being pulled from the resort.

It has been reported that almost all of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort's dancers, musicians, and entertainers have been notified that they will not be returning to work, leading some to believe that the Spirit of Aloha show may not be returning in the months ahead.

In addition, after 23 years, Yehaa Bob Jackson, who was a fixture of the River Roost Lounge in Disney’s Port Orleans Resort has also been pulled from the entertainment lineup, and has confirmed that he will not be returning to his role via his personal Facebook page.

With 28,000 layoffs happening between Disneyland and Walt Disney World, we suspect these are not the only entertainment options that have been affected, and we'll update this post as we hear more.
