Though packages and theme park tickets can be purchased by anyone wanting to visit Walt Disney World, because of the uncertainty of reopening and Parks Pass limits, annual passes have not been available for purchase since March. However, it looks like certain guests are once again able to purchase Walt Disney World annual passes as restrictions on capacity have been eased and capacity is beginning to grow.

Right now, former Annual Passholders whose passes were canceled or expired after March 16th are now eligible to be among the first guests to purchase a new annual pass. These new pass purchases can not be made online, and interested guests will need to either call the Annual Passholder support line at 407-WDW-PASS (407-939-7277) or visit a Guest Relations location at Walt Disney World in order to buy a new annual pass. Passholders who qualify will be able to take advantage of renewal rates tied to their former passes, and can also choose between annual or monthly payments. Annual passholders are also being offered special discounts on hotel rooms and a 30% merchandise discount that is good both in the parks and online at shopDisney.com

If you do not have a recently cancelled or expired annual pass, you will not be able to purchase a new annual pass right now, but with Disney officially getting the ball rolling with annual passholders it seems like new pass sales will likely happen in the very near future as Disney continues to ramp this program back up.
