As Disney continues to work through its opening weeks at Walt Disney World, some changes have become necessary as the resort adapts to guest behavior post reopening. We've already seen Disney change its policy not once but twice in regards to face mask usage in the parks, and now we are seeing even more adjustments as the resort works to keep guests as safe as possible.

Mask wearing strike squad deployed to enforce new mask rules

Much like they did during the early days of Disney Springs' reopening, Disney has been deploying their social distancing team, who are now carrying signage that reminds guests to “wear a face covering unless stopped to eat or drink.”

This team has probably been out in full force in recent days to try and enforce Disney's newest mask rules, which state that guests can not walk around with their masks off while eating and drinking around the parks

We'd guess that while guests are still adapting to this new rule, this squad will be out and about in force around all the theme parks, and especially Epcot, as this park is having a slimmed down Food and Wine festival, and it may be hard for guests to remember to stop and eat especially as they are likely used to just walking around the park with their food and drink. Fortunately, Disney has come up with a creative solution for this too.
