The 9 BIG Updates From Walt Disney World (And Beyond) This Week (November 23-29)

6. Beetlejuice show closing pushed back

Though it was announced three weeks ago that the Beetlejuice Graveyard Revue was being closed forever on December 2nd, it looks like Universal has had a change of heart and given this attraction a month-long stay of execution. This long-running show will now have its last performance on January 5th, 2016 before closing forever to make way for the Fast and Furious: Supercharged attraction.

7. SeaWorld Christmas celebration kicks off

While Christmas celebrations have been going on for nearly a month now at Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando kicked off its own Christmas event last week. This year’s annual event is essentially identical to last year’s event, and includes the Polar Express overlay of Wild Arctic, the Sea of Trees and several shows including Elmo’s Christmas Wish, Shamu Christmas Miracles, O Wondrous Night, and Winter Wonderland on Ice. This event is included with regular admission, although several upcharge events, which include reserved seating for the various shows, are available for purchase.
