Haunted Mansion merchandise

With the coaster itself not due to open until May 2013, Alton Towers fans can now try out a virtual ride on The Smiler by downloading the park's new mobile game. The Smiler: The Game is available now for iPhone, iPad and Android devices. Meanwhile, Univeral Orlando has begun taking reservations for the new Cabana Bay Beach Resort hotel, and Disney has put together some fantastic new merchandise based on its Haunted Mansion rides.

Alton Towers

Alton Towers has officially released a new mobile game based on its under-construction The Smiler roller coaster, which is due to open in May 2013. The Smiler: The Game includes a full 3D simulation of the ride itself, enabling guests to take a virtual spin on the coaster.

Universal Orlando Resort

The Universal Orlando Resort has begun accepting reservations for the under-construction Cabana Bay Beach Resort hotel, which will open by March 31, 2014.
