The Disney Channel Rocks show made its debut at Disney California Adventure on November 26, featuring songs from popular Disney Channel movies and TV shows.
The new musical show has replaced the former High School Musical 3 show at Disney California Adventure, as well as at Disney's Hollywood Studios (where it debuted on October 22). It is the first daytime show at the park to make use of the fountains installed in the Paradise Bay lake for the World of Color nighttime spectacular, with water shooting up to 200 feet high during performances.
Disney Channels Rocks features live performers, who sing and dance to music from movies such as "Camp Rock", "Cheetah Girls One World", "Jump In" and "High School Musical". Also featured during the 17-minute show are songs from TV shows "Shake It Up" and "Hannah Montana".
Disney Channels Rocks is currently scheduled to run four times daily, except on Mondays and Tuesdays. The current schedule sees the show taking place at 10.30am, 11.30am, 12.20pm and 1.20pm.
