A new video has emerged of SeaWorld Orlando's new rollercoaster Manta undergoing a day-time test run.
It follows the recent video of the flying coaster undergoing a test in the middle of the night, and further confirms that the ride is on course for its scheduled May 22 opening. To see the new ride in action, click on the embedded video below.
The coaster will see guests lying face down in a horizontal position, riding underneath cars shaped like giant manta rays. As well as reaching speeds of 60mph, and including four inversions, Manta distinguishes itself from other flying coasters (such as Air at Alton Towers) through its use of water - with riders almost skimming the surface at times.
Manta is the third major ride at Seaworld Orlando following Kraken and Journey to Atlantis, and is likely to be mobbed by crowds throughout its first season. TPT suggests arriving early to avoid a long wait.
