Wildfire is the tallest and fastest roller coaster at Silver Dollar City, and packs five inversions into its 3,073-foot circuit. Featuring a backstory based around an attempt to build a "flying machine" by a quirky inventor, the classic steel coaster was built by Swiss manufacturer Bolliger & Mabillard.

Although Wildfire is not a floorless coaster, the seats are raised such that riders feet dangle above the floor, providing a sense of freedom. This adds to the experience as they plummet down a 155-foot first drop, before racing through an Immelmann loop, a vertical loop, a cobra roll and a corkscrew.
