Key Information
Le Monstre holds the distinction of being the tallest dual-track wooden roller coaster in the world, standing at 131-feet-tall. The first of its two circuits was installed in 1985, with the second following a year later.
Riders can choose between the Blue and Yellow circuits, both of which offer a very similar ride experience. The "Racing" trains hit speeds of up to 60 miles per hour at the base of their respective first drops, before racing through a helix and several "airtime" hills.
