The most recently addition to the France pavilion is a brand new hybrid quick/table service restaurant that features the cuisine of celebrity chef Jérôme Bocuse, the mastermind behind the pavilion’s Chefs de France brasserie and its celebration of gourmet cuisine, Monsieur Paul. This new location features a menu inspired by the Brittany region of France, and offers savory crepes called galettes and sweet crepes. The restaurant began taking bookings for breakfast, lunch and dinner in late 2021.
