Tiana's Palace, Disney

Tiana's Palace at Disneyland Park is now open, and in preparation for the opening on September 7, Disney released a full video tour which is embedded below of the inside of this new restaurant as well as all the menu options available.

Reviews are beginning to pour in on the internet and we have chosen Provost Park Pass to share with you an honest review about this new restaurant offering at Disneyland Park.

From the video, Tiana's Palace appears very impressive in theming, detail and in being immersed in Tiana's world. The food offering is sure to please Disney fans and the Shrimp Grits particularly come highly recommended. Naturally, any restaurant will get mixed reviews and we have seen a number that are not as happy with a selection of the food options. We would love to hear your views, let us know your thoughts by leaving us a comment below or on our Facebook page.

As we continue to see progress on Splash Mountain's reimagining to Tiana's Bayou Adventure at both Disneyland Park and Magic Kingdom ready for a late 2024 opening, Tiana's Palace at Disneyland Park should certainly set the scene for what is to come.

The ceiling looks amazing and a real focal point as well as the huge mural of the Bayou. The details to submerse you in Tiana's world are fantastic and the food certainly looks delicious including of course the gumbo and beignets.

Another favorite is set to be the specialty Chicory Cold Brew finished with sweet cream and a firefly glow cube.

The full menu is available on mobile order at Tiana's Palace and as you can see from the video will include a whole host of offerings including; House Gumbo, Seven Greens of White Bean Gumbo, Beef Po-Boy, The Muffuletta, Cajun Spiced Half Chicken and Gulf Shrimp with creamy Grits and Creole Sauce.

Initially, Disney didn't release prices or menu offerings, we just knew it would include seasonal flavors and some New Orleans classics. The full menu and prices are now available and can be seen here. As you can see, the menu include a selection of gluten, egg, soy, peanut and sesame allergy offerings as well as the multiple Gumbo options, cajun chicken, a Beef Po-boy, shrimp and grits.

Tiana's Palace restaurant is replacing the French Market Restaurant in New Orleans Square which closed on February 17 2023, at Disneyland park.

It is described by Disney as, "Within its peach-colored walls and fancy green wrought-iron balconies, you’ll find elegant fixtures and appointments reminiscent of Tiana’s life and friendships. The new Tiana’s Palace will have much of the same pinch of pizzazz and flair as the restaurant from the film, offering authentic New Orleans flavors inspired by Tiana’s friends and adventures in this quick-service style restaurant. While Tiana’s Palace is not a character dining location, guests may find Tiana in New Orleans Square."

Work clearly progressed very well on this reimagining and we expected that Disney would decide to open Tiana's Palace as soon as it was possible which is today, September 7. We are hoping to hear very good things about Tiana's Palace and will look forward to bringing you reviews of this new restaurant very soon.
