Disneyland Paris has begun a promotional campaign for its 20th anniversary celebrations, launching a new advertisement that teases elements of the new Disney Dreams show.
The advert, embedded below, is currently running on commercial TV channels in the UK. It sees a number of popular characters from Disney movies being projected onto famous landmarks, just as they will be projected onto special water screens as part of Disney Dreams. The opening date for the new night-time spectacular has been set as April 1, 2012.
Disney Dreams will form a key part of the park's 20th anniversary celebrations, along with the new Disney Magic on Parade! evening parade. The show, which will be similar in style to Fantasmic! at Disneyland and Disney's Hollywood Studios, will feature pyrotechnic displays and advanced lighting effects and will be take place in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle.
The new parade will debut at the park on March 26, 2012. It will include a number of all-new floats based around popular Disney movies such as Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty, as well as a "spectacular finale" featuring Mickey Mouse and friends.
