Disneyland Resort Paris invites fans to take part in survey

Disneyland Paris Sleeping Beauty Castle

The Disneyland Resort Paris has invited fans to take part in a survey, as it seeks to improve its engagement with regular visitors to its theme parks.

The survey will be open until December 12, 2011, and can be completed here. In addition to a series of basic questions around how often guests visit the resort, it also asks for opinions on Disneyland Paris' current online social media offerings.

The Disneyland Resort Paris currently engages with its fans via a variety of routes, including Twitter and Facebook accounts. However, it has been accused of lagging behind Walt Disney World and Disneyland, which offer extensive news updates via the official Disney Parks Blog.

A key question in the survey asks what the main reason would be for fans to revisit Disneyland Paris quicker than planned, with one of the options being the opening of a new attraction. The resort's heavy debts have caused it to curtail capital spending in recent years, with a long-rumored dark ride based on Pixar's Ratatouille movie yet to be confirmed.
