There are still a handful of experiences that haven't reopened at Walt Disney World since the original theme park closures due to COVID-19 in March 2020. Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple at Disney's Hollywood Studios is one of these experiences. Back in July, 2022, a report online confirmed that the sign that listed show times had been removed. When searching for the official Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple page on the Walt Disney World website it seems to have now completely disappeared. 

This week, there has been a revival of interest in this subject online as one of the Batuu episodes of Young Jedi Adventures animated series features Jedi training in the Black Spire outpost

There still hasn't actually been any official word from Disney that the Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple will NEVER return but with the sign being taken down as well as the official page gone, Disney fans have long since given up of its return. However, the stage has remained empty with nothing taking place on it which leads us to think that Disney could bring it back if they wanted to.

Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple allowed children aged 4-12 to train like Jedi and learn to wield a lightsaber and be one with the Force. Once trained, these young Padawans would test their skills against Star Wars villains.

We assume the only reason for Disney to not bring this extremely popular free experience back is to save money. Well, next year in 2025 when Universal Epic Universe opens we assume Disney is going to have to fight back with some headlining announcements to draw in guests at a time when Universal will appear to have the pull of the Orlando theme park market. Could we see this much loved popular experience return in 2025?

If indeed Disney is planning to never bring Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple back to Disney's Hollywood Studios, we hope something new comes to this currently unused stage. It would be brilliant to finally see this area being used once again.
