Animals look the same world wide, Disney should take A clue of what going on at SeaWorld & Bush Garden, and get out of the Zoo business. Stick to what Disney does best, attractions, rides etc.

Night safari was around when the park first opened and the animal viewing was really tough. It will be interesting to see what they do with it the second time around.

Waaay too much construction at once. Downtown, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom. ..Walt had utilidors to help preserve the experience. ...this goes against that. =(

When looked at in aggregate, it seems like there's so much going on that it will ruin your experience of the parks and resorts, but how many guests actually visit all the areas that are being affected in one visit? While Downtown Disney is a bit of a bummer to visit right now, the construction adds a bit of energy and excitement for the future.

Walt didn't live long enough to see the staleness of the attractions or the decline in the infrastructure. The renovations and additions being made today will ensure that the parks and resorts remain fresh and relevant for another 40 years.

Parking at Citywalk at Universal is free after 6 for Florida residents as well as free when you dine at a restaurant for lunch

Just one more way for them to nickel and dime people! Maybe next they'll charge 30.00 to park at downtown disney. They are ridiculous in the fact that you can not give someone your left over tickets that you have paid for! They will make it harder and harder for USA people to visit!

I doubt Disney will have a flat-out charge to park at Downtown Disney the way Universal does for CityWalk. I bet they'll follow the model for Downtown Disney in Anaheim with the first three hours being free, and you can get an additional two hours of free parking with a validated movie ticket. Beyond that, they charge $6 per hour charged in 20-minute increments with a cap of $30.

And where have been that you didn't know that your couldn't give left over tickets to someone since about oh, 1996? That's when they started the biometric screening of your finger at the turnstiles. I have heard from Cast Members that the new RFID chips in the tickets have virtually killed the black market for stolen and fraudulent tickets sold on the roadside and dubious online ticket brokers, which benefits those of us who pay our way.

Since the parks are breaking attendance and revenue records left and right, I don't think the average American family has given up on at least one trip to WDW. Where else can go you for the price of a Broadway show or professional sports ticket for an all day and night immersive experience that creates lifelong memories for your family?

I'm glad for all the changes, but I wish they'd get things going faster and really focus more on adding more attractions; Avatar will only have 2 rides; Star Wars land 1 ride? And that's gonna take a few more years to be completed. I hope they're still building Cars Land, which you didn't even mention! That will be another major ride with 2 smaller ones. But still, Avatar Land and Star Wars Land need more rides, not just huges areas with 1 or 2 rides per area! I don't really see the point in spending tons of money to change downtown disney (a place I'd never go) or to add more chairs here and there, but I guess it will matter to some folks.

There is certainly a need for more seating in front of Casey's. It's always hard to find seats there to enjoy the very messy dogs.

I just can't get on board with Pandora land. Land of Oz would have been better.

How does the necessity of using advance planning tools help the vacation feel where spontaneity is a must?

Just another excuse to charge more for admissions and other stuff. It's going to be so expensive someday that the average family won't be able to visit WDW.
