Your costs have become outrageous! Annual passes are outrageous even for Florida residents! We use to buy them and because Disney continues to raise their prices we do not buy annual passes anymore! It's too expensive for a family to buy tickets food & souvenirs!
Also many people have asked, why doesn't Disney have a Senior Citizen rate? Grandparents like going to the parks with the grandkids but do not like participating on the rides. That should have a Senior Rate as the rest of the country does on item and events. Disney should get more creative.
We were in WDW from 12/11 to 12/16, and ALL parks were very crowded, much more so than was predicted by all the various crowd calendars, EXCEPT Magic Kingdom on 12/14, which was predicted to be a very high crowd day, but was, at best, a medium crowd, especially during EMH hours.
I agree. We were also there 12/10 - 12/17 and each day we visited the parks they were pretty crowded. Maybe we should've delayed the trip by a week if the parks had such low crowds then.
As a frequent Disney visitor, may I point out the elephant in the room? Disney charged more and offered less than previous occasions, with so much under refurbishment and prices going up, we had to make a difficult decision and cancel our Disney plans this year. We missed it immensely, but with our dollars low to the American and an uncertain political welcome for visitors. We have adopted a wait and see attitude. I don't think we were alone.
