I know Disneyland has, always had it and have to assume Disneyworld has too but I've never been there so can't say your sure
The one at Magic Kingdom has been there "forever!" Checked it out 35 years ago when my kids were small. It was nice to know that they had "something you may have forgotten" for sale there.
