3. Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales

It’s been awhile since the last Pirates movie, which debuted in 2011. Things are progressing on the fifth installment in the franchise, slowly but surely. It has directors, Academy Award-nominated Norweigian filmmakers Joachim Ronning and Espen Sandberg, attached to it. In an August 2013 interview they shared that the title for the movie is Dead Men Tell No Tales, which should be familiar to fans of the attraction that inspired the series.

Johnny Depp is definitely on board to reprise his role as Captain Jack Sparrow, and rumors are swirling about a part for Christoph Waltz as a Captain Brand. Again, we will learn more in the months to come. The release date is set for summer 2016, which feels far away but will hopefully be here before we know it!
