Marketed as the world's scariest coaster, SAW -The Ride is based around the long-running “Saw” horror movie franchise. The backstory sees evil genius Jigsaw challenging guests to prove that they are worth of living by braving his latest creation – the coaster itself.
SAW – The Ride features both indoor and outdoor sections, with a number of gruesome theming elements featured throughout. The coaster hits a top speed of 55 miles per hour following its “beyond-vertical” main drop, before racing around a series of tight turns and 3 inversions.
The long, winding queue line for the ride features a number of recognisable torture devices from the movies, and leads into the warehouse-style structure that houses the coaster’s station.

Reviews of Saw - The Ride:
Start is smooth and in dark so there is good atmosphere. Then the drop - it's OK but short and like nothing, but then - another small drops and your head goes back, a lot of curves with small radius and your head goes left and right... I hit my head many times, pulled my muscle under the neck on my back and it hurts for days... I saw there other people had the same problem... For me it's the worst coaster I've ever rode...
I loved this ride!! The theming both inside and outside the ride is excellent, with the whole area having an eerie feel. The indoor section is great, can be quite surprising if you aren't expecting it. The drop is great, but in my opinion, you don't even notice the large circular saws, you're more focused on the ground! Overall, a brilliant ride, definitely worth a long queue.
