One of the headline rides at Silver Dollar City, Powder Keg: A Blast into the Wilderness reuses some elements from the former Buzz Saw Falls attraction, but offers a fundamentally different ride experience.

The S&S Worldwide roller coaster begins with a powerful launch, with the train hitting 53 miles per hour in just 2.8 seconds. After traversing several hills and turns, riders are then dragged up a lift hill, with bluegrass music playing in the background. The lengthy circuit then continues, featuring a 110-foot drop and several "airtime" hills.

Despite its imposing nature, Powder Keg features a minimum height restriction of just 42 inches, thanks its use of lapbars rather than over-the-shoulder restraints.
