One of the most straightforward and recognisable attractions at Disneyland Paris, Le Carrousel de Lancelot is a classic merry-go-round ride. It features a total of 86 horses, with 16 of these located on the outer ring and a further located on the inner rings. 2 chariots are also included, to enable guests who are unable to board a horse to enjoy the experience.
Le Carrousel de Lancelot is the largest ride of its type in Europe, and features ornate brasswork and even 24 karat gold leaf in order to ensure that it sparkles in the sunlight. The ride’s cycle is accompanied by classic Disney theme tunes, and lasts for approximately 2 minutes.
