Universal Orlando is offering Florida residents a $20 discount on its 1-Day, 2-Park Universal Express VIP Pass, provided they pay using an American Express card.

The ticket gives unlimited queue-jumping priviliges to all of the major attractions at Universal Studios Orlando and Islands of Adventure. It also includes entry to both parks. Using the discount, Florida residents can get hold of one for $113.99 plus tax, with a limit of 8 tickets per person.

The tickets can only be purchased online via Universal Orlando's website, and must be purchased and used by March 31, 2010.
