Merlin is offering 50% off its Annual Passes, which provide a year's entry to attractions including Alton Towers, Thorpe Park, Legoland Windsor, Chessington World of Adventure.

Individual passes are available for £75 (half of the usual £150 price) until January 15. This makes them cheaper per person than family passes (which are also being offered at a discount).

Other attractions covered by the pass include the London Eye, Madame Tussauds London, The Dungeons, SEA LIFE Centres, Warwick Castle and the London Aquarium.
