Superman is a fun coaster and definitely stands out due to its flying aspect. You board the trains in a standing position, and then once you are secured, the seats are tilted back, resulting in you facing the ground. I felt completely safe in the harness. It was actually very comfortable, too. It was fun soaring and flipping through the air, not being able to see where you were going. The signature element of the ride is the pretzel loop, and it sure does pack a punch. It's the most intense and unique inversion I've ever experienced. You first soar up, and then come back down, but you do not flip back over. This means that you are on your back as you are at the bottom of the inversion and experience the g's in this odd way. It is the strangest sensation, and you feel intense pressure on your back. It doesn't hurt but it's just...weird. It's like nothing you can experience on any other type of coaster. Superman: Ultimate Flight is a must-ride at the park. It is a lot of fun and I love it for how unique and innovative it is. It could have lengthy lines due to how long it takes to load and unload trains, but don't let this deter you from riding it. It's worth it.
