Diamondback is an awesome coaster for the park. It really packs a punch, and it has incredible airtime especially in the back of the train. In the last row you get pulled over all the cammelbacks and hills, and the first drop suddenly sends you flying toward the ground, leaving your stomach back at the top. After several negative g moments and a hammerhead turn, you begin to ascend into a spiraling helix. Instead of intense negative g's, you now experience high positive g's. You can feel yourself being pushed into your seat as you struggle to keep your hands in the air. After a short mid course brake run, there is another series of fun hills before entering one final helix over the midway. The train then glides over a pond, and if you're sitting in the back with your hands up, then you're likely to feel the spray of the splashdown. It actually feels good on a hot day. Diamondback is a smooth, fast, and intense coaster that will make you run back in line just like it did for me after I went on it for the fist time. Don't miss out on this incredible ride.
