While the ride is a bit rough at times today, the out and back style matched with the fact that this was once a record breaker makes it a must for any park visitor.

With Six Flags Over Georgia being between me and Disney World, I have made several trips to the park and I never skip the Great American Scream Machine.

Located at the back of the park, the Great American Scream Machine has plenty of room to run out and back through dips and dives for some high speed fun, similar to the coaster that I grew up with in St. Louis, the Screaming Eagle.
