It does not seem like it has been 10 years since Xcalibur opened for its first ride at Six Flags St. Louis, but this ride, while not known for being one of the more popular, is unique and therefor was a great addition to the park.
Six Flags St. Louis has a lot of rides that you can typically find at other parks, but Xcalibur breaks that trend. The mixture of horizontal and vertical rotation provides a true one-of-a-kind experience that I have yet to find at any other park.
The Xcalibur also did a great job of matching the themeing of Sherwood Forrest that once covered that part of the park. Unfortunately "Tony Hawk" now known as "Pandemonium" kind of broke this thememing up a bit.
One of the better features of this ride sits right outside the line with Friar Tuck's Turkey Legs, a definite park favorite that must be experienced.
