Went on this ride on March and it was spectacular - it felt like you were in the animated movie. First part was just cruising through, but very well done and hit on most of the story points as you went through. Turning the first corner to see the waterfall was amazing. The racing part was fun, not scary and there are no big drops, but it feels very fast. You get the feel of driving in a convertible at high speed on a palm desert road.

My son and I went to get the fast pass first thing in the morning and at 10:40 we were told we may not get a pass and they closed the line - the line to get a fast pass. Crazy. We did get one - but for 10:00 that night almost 12 hours later. I would suggest trying the single rider line, it averaged between 35-45 minutes wait when we were there and that was fine. The regular line at one point had a wait of over 2.5 hours.
