Six Flags made the decision to revamp their Season Passes for 2023 and begun to roll them out at a number of the parks in the chain back in October. All Six Flags Parks now have the revamped Season Passes on offer. Back at the end of February, Six Flags offered deep discounts on their Diamond pass and in April Six Flags offered a free upgrade to a Platinum Pass when purchasing a Gold Pass as part of their Spring Break Pass sale. Then, Six Flags offered the same upgrade as part of their Memorial Day offer which was originally available until end of May 29 and then extended until June 9.
This offer has obviously proved to be very popular as Six Flags have now decided to extend it again in their Summer Sale which is currently underway. Guests who purchase a Gold Pass can still enjoy an upgrade to a Platinum Pass.
So currently the Platinum Pass for Six Flags Great Adventure can be purchased for $89.99 or 6 payments of $9.99 plus initial payment of $30.05.

The prices for each of these tiers differ slightly depending on the individual Six Flags Park but currently the price for the top tier Diamond Pass is still currently being sold between $124.99 to $159.99 which is a significant saving from the initial $249.99 price many parks saw last year so be sure to check out the official page for your local Six Flags park to confirm the price you will pay.

What does “priority entry” mean on the Diamond Pass? Is it just a special lane? Do I get to enter the park 60min before official opening? I cannot find any explanation as to what priority entry is exactly.
From researching this further it appears that with the priority entry you can save time at the turnstiles by entering through the Member Only entrance which is available during the first four hours the park is open each day.
