UPDATE August 3 - The current rumor from Screamscape is that the Summer Tribute Store which opened in early June will be closing on August 7, in order to be rethemed into the annual Halloween Horror Nights Tribute Store which is speculated to open as usual in the last week of August.

Halloween Horror Nights will officially kick off on September 2 and will run on select nights until October 31. To book tickets visit the official website.

UPDATE June 6 - The summer Tribute Store which celebrates the iconic films ET, Back to the Future and JAWS is now open at Universal Studios Florida. Guests can now check out the whole host of merchandise available as well as sample film themed dessert treats from the snack booth. UPDATE May 30 - Universal Orlando Resort has posted a walk through video on Facebook of the inside of the upcoming summer Tribute Store at Universal Studios Florida. It is certainly filled with a  whole host of merchandise from the films ET, Back to the Future and JAWS. These iconic films are also celebrated by numerous sweet offerings in the snack booth. UPDATE May 26 - We now know thanks to a tweet from Universally Addicted that this year's summer Tribute Store at Universal Studios Florida will definitely be celebrating the lost fan favorites, Back to the Future and JAWS as well as ET. Posters can now be seen outside the store and we await further details of how these classic films will be celebrated inside. The tweet is embedded below.

May 21 - The time of year has arrived when we get a hint at the theme of the Summer Tribute Store at Universal Studios Florida and the rumor this year is that Universal will be bringing some nostalgia to the store with the return of some lost fan favorite attractions.

Universal Orlando Resort has posted a photo of The Tribute Store as can be seen below with emojis all hinting at film and a structure that looks like a movie marquee. Though the theme for the summer tribute store hasn't been announced yet, it seems safe to assume that when this store re-opens it will be themed around the magic of the movies leading us to speculate that we could see the store celebrating classic hit films such as Back to the Future and Jaws.

While nothing has been confirmed yet, it is always exciting for Universal fans to start guessing what will become reality from the popular summer Tribute Store.
