We heard last week that Universal Orlando Resort is looking to hire 2500+ Team Members this year in a whole range of positions. It was announced yesterday that Six Flags Great Adventure is hiring 4,000 team members to fill positions from March 2022 through Jan. 1, 2023.

4,000 reflects the number of Team Members that will be hired throughout the season, from start to finish (as not all team members work all season) for the Six Flags parks in Jackson. This includes Six Flags Great Adventure, Wild Safari and Hurricane Harbor.

Positions will be available in a number of departments including:

• Operations: Ride Operations, Park Services (Custodial), Public Safety (Security, EMTs, Loss Prevention)
• In-Park Services: Food and Beverage Operations, Retail, Games
• Guest Experience: Admissions, Guest Relations/VIP Services
• Safari: Gatekeepers, Educators/Guides, CDL Drivers
• Lifeguards
• Wardrobe: Seamstresses, Launderers, and Clerks
• Landscaping

Most of the full-time and part-time positions can be applied for by anyone aged 16 and over, with some available to 14 and 15 year olds. Most hourly rates start at $15 and they have paid internships available for students.

The Wild Safari Drive-Thru Adventure will open for the 2022 season March 19, Six Flags Great Adventure will open April 2, and Hurricane Harbor will open May 14. For further details and to apply, visit the Six Flags Jobs page.
