Olaf Celebrity Spotlight, Disney

Character meet and greets were one of the inevitable casualties of the COVID-19 pandemic due to social distancing measures which had to be put in place at all Walt Disney World parks.

At last we have started to see character interactions returning to Walt Disney World including Rapunzel at Princess Fairytale Hall at Disney's Magic Kingdom. They are now often known as character sightings. Although you are still unable to get physically close to the characters you can now have a one-on-one interaction rather than just seeing them from a distance and getting a general wave.

Starting on Saturday January 15, after almost two years of being closed since March 2020, guests will finally be able to see Olaf, their favorite Snowman friend, when he returns in his Celebrity Spotlight to Echo Lake at Disney's Hollywood Studios. He is due to make appearances from 10:00am to 5:00pm daily.

Although as of now this experience is scheduled to open everyday from Saturday January 15 onwards, if this is something you have your heart set on doing you can check opening times on the official page before you go.

Let us know if you are excited about seeing Olaf at Disney's Hollywood Studios when he returns and we would love to hear from anyone who can update us on exactly what this experience is now like. Leave us a comment below or on our Facebook page. Can Olaf give you a warm hug?
