Happily Ever After

Walt Disney World has announced that as of July 1 nightly fireworks performances will be returning to both the Magic Kingdom and Epcot! Both parks will be performing their shows from before the March 2020 closure, which include Happily Ever After at the Magic Kingdom and Epcot Forever at Epcot.

With the end of mandatory masks, no more physical distancing and now scheduled fireworks spectaculars at the resort, it looks like things are well and truly getting back to normal. The only experiences that remain unavailable for the time being are some of the resort's live shows (like Beauty and the Beast: Live on Stage at Disney's Hollywood Studios or Finding Nemo the musical at Disney's Animal Kingdom) as well as character meet and greets, which are still being performed at a distance.

The new Harmonious show at Epcot will debut later this year as part of the 50th anniversary of the Walt Disney World resort, and will replace Epcot Forever, which is scheduled to run through the summer. You can learn more about this upcoming show here.
