Anticipation is high for the grand opening of Jurassic World: VelociCoaster on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Universal Orlando Resort's Islands of Adventure, but if you are a Universal Orlando Annual Passholder, you may be able to check out this attraction a month early as part of a new annual passholder preview next month.

Previews will be on select times from Sunday, May 2 through Wednesday, May 5 and advance registration is required. Reservations are limited, so if you want to check this attraction out early, make sure you click here and register ASAP!

When it opens, Jurassic World: VelociCoaster will be Florida’s fastest and tallest launch coaster, giving guests the chance to soar 155 feet in the air and catapult up to 70 mph alongside a ferocious Velociraptor pack This thrilling new ride features 4,700 feet of track, and includes near-misses, a barrel roll right above the Islands of Adventure lagoon, high-speed launches – the fastest reaching 70 mph in 2.4 seconds – and the signature “Top Hat,” which propels riders 155 feet in the air and then immediately into an 80-degree drop – Universal’s steepest drop yet.

The original cast from the movies including Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard and BD Wong will be their roles in the attraction as Owen Grady, Claire Dearing and Dr. Henry Wu as guests experience an extreme adventure through Jurassic World's newest “carnivore expansion which will bring them through the raptor paddock and beyond with the films’ Velociraptor pack: Blue, Charlie, Delta and Echo.
