Construction work on the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is progressing well. The new 14-story hotel which will be located next to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort will offer 149 suites including two presidential suites.

The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve will offer guests its own signature restaurant and bar as well as health club, pool and lobby lounge. Guests choosing a stay at the hotel will also be able to take advantage of all amenities at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin's hotel which includes restaurants, Spa and pools.

A detailed construction photo update has been posted by mousesteps where a host of photos of the exterior of the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve can be seen from a range of different angles. It also shows a range of photos of the concept art for the interior of the hotel and pool area.

This resort is known for conventions and the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is certainly set up for this with the 149 spacious suites reported to be able to hold up to 20 executives with two  65-inch monitors, a range of comfortable seating with a built-in break area and a private bathroom.
