Guests are responsible for checking park pass availability BEFORE purchasing their tickets

In order to gain entrance to a Walt Disney World theme park, all guests, no matter whether they are staying on-site or somewhere else, will need valid admission tickets as well as an arrival reservation time. Reservations are now available through My Disney Experience and at DisneyWorld.com/DisneyParkPass , but depending on your type of admission, you'll have to check the availability calendar before making your purchase, as even if you book a package with theme park tickets over a certain period, if the theme parks are not available on your requested dates, you will not be able to enter and tickets will not be refunded. 

Though there have been some criticisms levied at Walt Disney World for opening while COVID-19 cases are spiking in Florida, it looks like the resort is ready to welcome guests back as soon as possible, and are looking to ensure that all guests who want to visit Walt Disney World in 2020 are able to.
