About me continued . . .

As of Monday April 6, 2020 here in the UK we hit the start of our Easter holidays. I am continuing to try to get our boys to complete a few school activities which inevitably isn't being met with much enthusiasm. I think the exact words were "we are not picking up a pencil for 2 weeks". We have been keeping busy and will continue to keep busy constructing lots of LEGO. Our lounge is filled with Lego City sets and we have just finished our first Star Wars Lego set which was very exciting. Many years ago I watched all the original films, I think it may soon be time to get them out and officially start our Star Wars chapter which I am sure will continue for many years. Our nephew has more or less every Star Wars LEGO set going, I think we may head the same way over the next few years. I better use this time to finally sort the baby toys and start making room.

With our 5 year old we have also been trying to beat our tennis score of how many times we can hit it backwards and forwards to each other. Our record was 11, I know not great. We smashed this yesterday and have now rocketed to 28! We shall see if this record can be beaten over the next few days.

The next couple of days are supposed to be warmer so we may even brave the paddling pool, pretty extreme in April but desperate times may call for desperate measures! As usual I need to cease my ramblings and get on with our next poll.
