5. Web browser users can now use CoBrowse feature with Cast Members on Disney website

Guests who are using the browser-based version of My Disney Experience now have the option of using CoBrowse, which is a new screen sharing feature that allows Disney Cast Members to see what the guest is seeing on their web browser, and help them to navigate the website.

Once guests engage this feature, they will be given a code to access CoBrowse, which will then pair the cast member’s computer to the guest’s device, and then the Cast Member can use the technology to use the Walt Disney World website remotely and help the guest find the information they need. Of course, the CoBrowse feature is limited to Walt Disney World website, and Cast Members will be unable to access or view anything on a guests' machine other than an active Walt Disney World window. In addition, guests must be speaking to a cast member on the phone or by chat in order to use CoBrowse.
