When will we see FastPass+ reservations come to Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance

Though it took roughly half a year for FastPass+ reservations to come to Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, it seems very unlikely that we will see a similar timeframe for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. Not only is this attraction still not running reliably, but this attraction also continues to be insanely popular, driving guests to the park in droves every single morning. 

If we had to guess, we'd say it will be a year or more before we see any kind of FastPass+ integration for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, as the boarding pass system seems to be working well for now, and until demand dies down for this attraction, it would be ill-advised for Disney to introduce a StandBy/FastPass+ line, as waits would undoubtedly be 300 minutes plus as soon as the park opened.

However, though it might be a long time until we see FastPass+ at Disney's hottest new attraction, it seems like the right time for FastPass+ to be introduced at Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, and we're happy to see Tier 1 finally uncluttered.
