Right now Epcot is hosting Epcot Forever, a nighttime spectacular that celebrates the history and music of classic Epcot attractions. However, this show is only temporary and will be closing sometime later this year to make way for a new permanent nighttime spectacular named HarmonioUS.

This new show will be a celebration of Disney music, and will show how Disney music inspires people around the globe, and will feature large floating set pieces, custom-built LED panels, kites with special effects, choreographed moving fountains, lights, pyrotechnics, and lasers. Confirmed Disney IPs that will be featured in this new production include Coco, Hercules, Pocahontas, and Moana. Moving forward, this will be the permanent nighttime show at Epcot.

Though no opening date for this upcoming show has been provided, considering construction will be ongoing while Epcot Forever is being performed, we'd guess Disney is trying to roll out this new, permanent show as quickly as possible. And now, perhaps to a D23 "leak" it looks like we might just know when that may be!

According to a recent article on D23 that outlined everything new coming to the Walt Disney World in the next year, it was confirmed for the first time that HarmoniouUS will be making its debut at Epcot this spring. While we don’t yet have an exact opening date, we now know that this new show will be coming to Epcot sooner rahter than later, so if you want to check out Epcot Forever, you likely have very limited time to do so.
