6. New IllumiNations dining package now available

Last month Disney introduced a new IllumiNations Dining Package, which will cost $85 for adults (including tax and gratuity), and $35 for children. For this price guests can enjoy a three-course prix fixe menu at the Rose and Crown and enjoy a view of IllumiNations from the patio seating next to the lagoon.

7. Reservations now available for Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood

This summer will see the opening of the Gran Destino Tower at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and with it the new Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood restaurant. And if you want to be the first to experience this new eatery, you can now make reservations for dates starting with July 9, 2019. This restaurant will serve Spanish-inspired cuisine atop the 15-story tower, with classic tapas, steak and seafood dishes featuring seasonal ingredients and bold flavors.
