Though it may not initially seem like it, Walt Disney World has truly come into its own in recent years as a real food lover’s paradise. If you count yourself as one of the many who love eating their way around the Walt Disney World parks and resorts, there are some big changes taking effect right now you should know about.
For February's dining update, a Disney Parks favorite comes to Disney Springs, My Disney Experience gets a new look for mobile order, plus reservations are now available for the new rooftop restaurant at the upcoming Gran Destino Tower!
1. New Mobile Order interface coming to My Disney Experience
A new, enhanced look is coming soon to the Mobile Order hub in the My Disney Experience App for Walt Disney World Resort. Once the update goes live, guests will find easier navigation and improved design with fun, colorful icons and even more photos of the menu items. In addition, guests with certain allergies or dietary restrictions can better discover the options that may meet their needs at participating locations.
2. Dole Whip comes to Disney Springs
Though Dole Whips used to be a Magic Kingdom exclusive treat, this iconic frozen dessert has made its way to every single theme park at Walt Disney World, and now pineapple fans can find Dole Whips at the Marketplace Snacks kiosk at Disney Springs. In addition to the standard version of this snack, guests can also enjoy Dole Whip floats with pineapple juice or spiked with rum at Disney Springs as well!
