While Magic Kingdom lands like Frontierland and Fantasyland are timeless and don't really need periodic updates for their theme to stay current, one big problem that Disney parks have always faced is how to keep up with the future at Tomorrowland.

Though Disneyland in Anaheim as well as Disneyland Paris have taken some very different approaches towards keeping the future in Tomorrowland, it looks like it is now the Magic Kingdom’s turn to re-invent the future with some new and rumored changes coming to this land in the next few years. And interestingly,

1. Incredibles Super Dance Party to go seasonal (or end forever) this week?

Though Disney has yet to make an official announcement, it looks like the Incredibles Super Dance Party could be coming to an end (at least seasonally) next week. According to the most recent times guide, this Tomorrowland mainstay will have its last day of operation on April 29th, and there are no times listed for the party from April 30th onward. While nothing has been confirmed, if you love this dance party, you'll want to drop by Tomorrowland this week, as we have no idea when if or when it is going to return.

While this may be the end of an era, this is actually a pretty natural cut for Tomorrowland, as this dance party hasn't really attracted big crowds in recent years, and with more and more guests visiting the Magic Kingdom, this daily activity had actually become something of a traffic obstruction in this area of the park. Though some may be sad to see it go, this is one cut that at least makes some sense in this area.

2. Stitch's Great Escape comes back to life in May

When Stitch's Great Escape closed last year and was subsequently moved to seasonal status, we were sure that this attraction was set for the dust heap. However, Stitch's Great Escape has defied all the odds, and continues to open sporadically. While this closed once again after the recent Easter holidays, it looks like Disney is resurrecting this attraction yet again, as the official times guide shows this attraction reopening to guests on May 28 and operating daily for the entirety of the summer, through August 19th.

There's no telling what will happen to this attraction after this date, and while replacements have been rumored for this space in the past, with several other things going on at the Magic Kingdom this summer and fall, we wouldn't count on anything major happening in the short term. And speaking of rumors...
