This week at central Florida parks, Universal gets ready to handle massive crowds for the Easter and Spring Break holidays, plus Busch Gardens announces a new event featuring a returning celebrity and SeaWorld shares a first peek at a very special brand new arrival!
1. Universal Orlando Resort prepares for massive crowds this week
Though we’ve already told you how Walt Disney World is planning to cope with massive crowds this week, Universal Orlando is also preparing itself to deal with big crowds as well. In addition to beefed up street entertainment, Diagon Alley’s “extended queue” has been set up once again near the Fear Factor restrooms so that in the likely event that this area fills to capacity, guests can queue for entrance as other guests exit.
2. “Jungle Jack” Hanna Returns to Busch Gardens in April for Wild Days event
Fresh off SeaWorld Orlando's Wild Days events earlier this year, “Jungle Jack” Hanna has been confirmed to be returning to Busch Gardens as part of Busch Gardens' own Wild Days weekend event April 18 & 19. Fans can hear Hanna speak during both days of the event at the Stanleyville Theater at 11 AM, 1 PM, and 3 PM.
Though the event is included with park admission, there are VIP upcharge experiences available that include personal meet and greets with Jack Hanna and even a chance to sleep over inside the park after an exclusive “Animal Adventure” with Hanna. You can see more about the event here.
