Seven Dwarfs Mine Train concept art

Riders have been seen racing around on the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train at Disney's Magic Kingdom, as the company filmed a commercial for the soon-to-open roller coaster.

Cameras were set up around the attraction's circuit to capture footage of the riders, who were filmed throughout the morning of April 22. The ride is due to receive an official "dedication" as part of a media event on May 2, and it is looking increasingly likely that it will "soft open" to guests before that date.

Our friends over at Orlando Attractions Magazine captured the video below of the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train in action:

The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train will take guests on a tour around the diamond mine from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, as well as through the enchanted forest and Snow White's cottage. The ride's main gimmick is its unique cars, which will swing outwards as they round corners in the track. Disney's signature audio-animatronic characters are also set to feature heavily in the family-friendly ride.
