The Summer Concert Series events at Universal Studios Florida have proven popular over the last four years, and it has now been confirmed that they will return for 2013. Big Time Rush are the first act to be revealed as performing. Meanwhile, the Tokyo Disney Resort had a stellar 2012, and the new Ratatouille dark ride is taking shape at Walt Disney Studios, Paris.

Universal Studios Florida

Universal Studios Florida will once again host its annual Summer Concert Series events in 2013, with the concerts due to take place on select nights from June 1 - July 6.

Holiday World

Holiday World has released a video which shows off the construction progress on Hyena Falls, the new water slides that will debut at the park later in 2013.

Tokyo Disney Resort

The Tokyo Disney Resort broke its annual attendance record during 2012, pulling in 27.5 million visitors to the Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea theme parks.

Walt Disney Studios, Paris

Disney and More offers another look at construction progress on Ratatouille, the new dark ride that will debut at Walt Disney Studios in 2014. In a separate post, it also offers a look at concept art for the ride's trackless vehicles, although it does caution that the design is likely to have changed in the time since the image was produced.

Disneyland

The always-entertaining Jim Hill takes a look at plans for a dual-track, Star Wars-themed roller coaster at Disneyland, which were briefly considered before the decision to build the original Star Tours simulator ride.

Pleasurewood Hills

Pleasurewood Hills has released a teaser image of Hobs Pit, the new horror-themed attraction that will replace the former Fantasy Fairytale Ride at the park in May 2013.
